  • Make travel arrangements for faculty, staff, and students by completing hoteland flight reservations; manage all travel amendments to reflect changes intravelers' schedules.
  • Administrate the use and documentation of department vehicles, fuel cards,accidents, and repairs per university policy to coordinate department travel.
  • Manage travel for field trips by completing Concur reports, processing waivers, and coordinating the use of department vehicles
  • Create reimbursement vouchers and pay invoices for faculty purchases and department events.
